Good Faith Caregiving, LLC, doing business as Hallmark Homecare — an independently owned and operated Hallmark Homecare® franchise and referral agency, located at 9900 Corporate Campus Dr, Suite 3000, Louisville, KY 40223.
What we are, and what we are not
Hallmark Homecare Louisville is a referral agency, not a home care employer. We recruit and screen experienced caregivers and present them to families; the family interviews, chooses and engages the caregiver directly, and the caregiver works for the family, not us. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment to any caregiver, and nothing on it guarantees that a particular caregiver, or any caregiver, will be available at a particular time. The terms of any engagement are those in the client agreement you sign.
